The 2009 Thyagaraja Aradhana was a huge a success. Thanks to all the children and adults who worked hard to put on a great show for the audience. This year was special, considering the amount of new faces, kids and adults alike, who shed their inhibitions and decided to perform and indulge in the spectacle of carnatic music and the aradhana celebrations.
We thank Master. Arjun Raghavan, from Raleigh, and his parents for graciously accepting our invitation to provide accompaniment support in this event.
Special thanks to all the volunteers who helped to make this years event a success. A pat on the back is well deserved for all the committee members who worked tirelessly to put this event together.
